Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is a member of the Operations team and serves as a key player in carrying out efforts across our growing department. Our department is responsible for Compliance, Finance, IT, and Operations. This position will float across those specialties. The right candidate will streamline business operations with a strong focus organizational efficiency. This is a full-time position which reports to the Vice President of Administration.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is the largest pro-life political organization in the country with a nationwide network of more than 1 million Americans. We combine politics with policy, investing heavily in voter education to ensure that pro-life Americans know where their lawmakers stand on protecting the unborn, and in issue advocacy, advancing pro-life laws through direct lobbying and grassroots campaigns. SBA's mission is to end abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are staunchly pro-life, possess superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Someone who is motivated by creating efficiencies in processes is central to this role. This person will need to be people oriented. This person will be tech savvy and understand the struggles that others have with technology. The right individual will be sacrificial, scrappy, ambitious, and an excellent team player.

Your Contribution to the Team Includes
Manage all aspects of maintenance and operations needs for the organization.
Analyze and develop processes to streamline and create efficiency in office operations (including management and monitoring of office supply chain and print materials).
Monitor and manage office equipment purchases, maintenance schedules, and replacements for the organization.
Serve as the first point of contact for technological needs including equipment tracking and distribution as well as minor IT issues around the office. This position will work closely with our Director of IT.
Assist in maintaining best practices and data integrity for our CRM.
Assist in filing various reports for state and federal lobbying, as well as other reports as needed. This position will work closely with the Compliance Director.
Manage employee expense reporting monthly. This position will work closely with the Finance Director.

Requirements
Must be pro-life.
Must be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, and excel in critical thinking.
Must possess excellent communication skills as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must be tech savvy.
Minimum Education of High School diploma.

Software Requirements
Must be proficient in MS Suite of Products, especially MSTeams.
Preference for CRM experience, Hubspot experience is a plus.

Would-like
Experience in the pro-life movement desirable.
