Working collaboratively with individuals, businesses, government and other service providers, St. Patrick Center will end chronic homelessness in the St. Louis region through Housing First, an evidence-based practice that tells us to remove barriers, do intake and assessment early, move people into housing and offer them support to achieve their goals.

St. Patrick Center a ministry of Catholic Charities is hiring a Donation Center Coordinator, as part of the Philanthropy team, to support the operations of the donation center and sharing services. This position supports the Donation Center Specialist in distributing donated goods to case managers for client use. The coordinator will accept donor donations and build relationships through excellent customer service. The salary range for this position is $35,000-$45,000. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Supports the operations of the donation center.
- Provides excellent customer service to donors, staff, and volunteers.
- Moves donated goods to sharing services and other areas within the St. Patrick Center building
- Fulfills requests from volunteers working in the clothing room and food pantry.
- Assists with donor pickups and deliveries for donated goods.
- Responds to donor and case manager requests in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours a week
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and obtain a Class E license within 30 days of employment.
