We are seeking a talented and creative Video Communications Specialist to join our corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content that effectively communicates the company's message and brand identity to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify video communication needs and objectives
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, training, internal communications, and other purposes.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for each video project.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth production processes.
- Manage video distribution channels, including company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in video production and communication techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of corporate communication principles and practices are a plus
