Position Summary
The overall responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator are to maintain and promote the School's robust enrollment through organized and effective practices and to plan and run the School's annual Summer Program. This position may occasionally require working weekends and/or after school hours.

Qualifications
The Admissions Coordinator must be a person of unquestioned integrity and possess a heart for stewardship and a commitment to Catholic education. Ideal candidates will have experience working in business and/or customer service, and be flexible, patient, and good humored.
The qualified candidate should have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• The demonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationships with faculty, students, and families
• Experience working in academic and/or business office
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience in graphic design applications (i.e., Canva) is a plus
Specific Accountabilities - Admissions
• Configure, update, and maintain the FACTS SIS database for enrollment and re-enrollment of students and families
• Create, update, and maintain hardcopy academic files of current students and graduates
• Complete all record requests from other schools
• Send student records to high schools
• Prepare all enrollment verification, NCEA Data Bank Summary, Annual Instructional Materials, Annual Federal & State Demographic Reports
• Coordinate and run all Open House events
• Coordinate tours for prospective students and families
• Prepare and distribute packets and materials for all prospective families
• Coordinate interviews with prospective students and families with the Principal and faculty
• Schedule Shadow Days and/or testing for all prospective students
• Score and norm all entrance exams for prospective students
• Coordinate the Griffin Gateway Program for new students
• Coordinate and run the New Family Luncheon
• Coordinate and run the Boo-hoo Yahoo Breakfast for parents of early childhood students
• Pair new families with current families
• Work with Principal and school uniform company
• Working with the Business Manager, update admissions brochure
• Prepare and distribute re-enrollment packets through FACTS SIS
• Be responsive to all current and prospective parents throughout enrollment and re-enrollment process
Specific Accountabilities - Summer Program
Working under the supervision of the Principal, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation of the STCS Summer Program held in the month of June.
• Plan and implement program layout including courses, class schedule, needed materials, program brochure, and registration packets.
• Coordinate with Business Manager summer program fee schedule and collection
• Coordinate with Business Manager the purchasing of program materials
• Oversee the daily operation of the program
Additional Duties
• Coordinate the annual School yearbook
• Assist in daily student drop-off and pick-up
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Principal
