POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates compliance requirements for Operations Department
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance on fire extinguishers, pre-engineered fire suppression systems, and emergency/exit lights, exhaust hoods, boilers, and other physical safety systems on campus
- Complete detailed inspection reports, notating any deficiencies or recommendations
- Ensure all official documents are completed and accurate
- Keep accurate records of all worked performed and materials used
- Communicate status of work accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow and maintain a highly structured schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift at least 20lbs repeatedly as required
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
- Other duties as assigned
