Anticipating and supporting the needs of others in a collaborative environment
Collaborating with internal team members and outside vendors to complete projects
Distilling big picture vision into the most effective way to bring the AP journey to life
What You'll Do
As our work with pastors and parish leaders expands, we need a key player to drive creative content and communications efforts. Through storytelling, creativity, and active project management skills, this role will accelerate the growth of our mission. Primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Writing and Storytelling: Create impactful written content for internal and external audiences
Communications Management: Manage and produce movement communications aimed at
inspiring and challenging our pastors and Parish Leadership Team members
Media Production: Produce micro-learning videos, webinars, podcasts, invitations, worksheets, etc.
in collaboration with the coaching teams and AP team at large
Partner Management: Where applicable, manage project work with various contractors
(videographers, photographers, graphic designers, etc.) What You'll Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in G Suite products, basic design platforms, social media platforms, etc.
Ability to travel for onsite filming and events
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience with a target range of $75,000-$85,000
Full benefit package including health, dental, vision, IRA retirement plan, life insurance, sick leave,
maternity/paternity leave, paid vacation and holidays
Remote opportunities are possible for the right candidate with proven experience.
