Program Statement: Matt Talbot for Men is a residential substance use treatment program for adult men who are struggling with addiction and may have a co-occurring mental health condition. Hiring on an ongoing basis. This program is located in Parma, Ohio.
What you will do:
- Apply evidence-based practices to help those we serve to achieve positive outcomes
- Meet/exceed all productivity and notes/clinical documentation requirements (and other professional and operating standards) as defined by our organization, licensing, and accrediting bodies
- Foster a supportive environment by developing therapeutic relationships with those we serve and strong professional relationships with our colleagues and leadership.
Annual salary based on licensure and experience.
