Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Memorialization Administrator performs basic clerical duties and customer service support to internal and external customers.
Compensation Data: Non-Exempt hourly pay ranging from: $21.63 - $25.00 based on experience.
Travel: Ability to travel to different CCA cemeteries throughout Ohio daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain memorialization layouts ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the layout.
2. Facilitate the consistency and flow of memorialization layouts and administrative process.
3. Greet and assist customers at the counter, via email and telephone.
4. Provide exceptional customer service with all interactions.
5. Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities.
6. Order office supplies.
7. Filing, typing, organization of information.
8. Provide general office administration support.
What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of data entry, office administration experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Understanding of database software
- Auto Cad experience a plus

- Ability to work independently and comfortable working in all elements of weather
- Ability to work on-site, in person including some Saturday’s.
- Ability to operate a typewriter
- Comfortable meeting or exceeding deadlines

- Adheres to company Safety and Security policies and procedures

- Prolonged sitting
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping
- Ability to lift and or move up to 25 lbs.
