Job Title: Parish Pastoral Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parish Pastoral Associate to join our Roman Catholic Church community. This person will run the day-to-day operations of the parish. He/She will collaborate with the Pastor to provide operations management and pastoral presence.
Responsibilities:
- Regular interaction with parishioners for day-to-day needs
-Weekly Bulletin publication
-Scheduling of Masses, Weddings, Funerals
-Funeral Liturgy Planning
-Wedding Paperwork and planning
-Scheduling and facilitating of Parish Meetings
-Collaborate with Parish Pastoral Council Chairperson
-Collaborate with Finance Committee Chairperson
-Run Bible Study and Spiritual enrichment programs through the year
-Oversee the care of church property: work with vendors
-Train and recruit Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Servers, Ushers
-Oversee parish societies
-Felicitate the necessary activities for the celebration of the Liturgical Year
-Oversee the paid personnel and the bi-weekly payroll sent to the accountant
-Regular communication with the Pastor
Qualifications:
- A passionate, devout practicing Roman Catholic Christian.
- A degree from an accredited theological seminary, school of ministry or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in pastoral ministry, including event planning .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to educate, mentor, and guide a diverse congregation.
- Proficient in crisis management and intervention techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills for offering spiritual presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on service and community building.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
