Program Statement:
The Catholic Charities', Midtown Office is located in Cleveland and provides assessment, counseling, and case management to help the youth and families served move toward abstinence and to reduce behaviors that place the youth at-risk in the community.
What You Will be Doing:
- Provide individual and family centered counseling with assigned clients with evidenced based and evidence informed interventions.
- Provide case management services and work collaboratively with community partners such as Juvenile Court, CCDCFS, ODYS, and TASC to support individuals in their treatment
- Deliver CBT, and Motivational Interviewing interventions on an individualized basis
- Working autonomously in the community and at ODYS facilities
- Family-centered treatment planning
- Relapse Prevention planning
- Life Skill building
