Administrative Assistant
The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth office operations.
This role involves a blend of general administrative duties and light HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for multitasking. This is an in-person position.
The Administrative Assistant will provide assistance with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position will provide general administrative support to the department as well as assist with completion of various projects as they arise.

- Support in project management and change management initiatives
- Handle data entry and data collection tasks
- Assist with benefits administration
- Utilize communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
