The Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas includes 91 Parishes, and 19 schools. It stretches from Quanah, Texas just northwest of Wichita Falls in the West and extends to Penelope, Texas in the Southeast. Its largest metropolitan areas are Fort Worth, Arlington, Denton, and Wichita Falls. The principal duty of all employees is to assist in the mission of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas.
General Position Summary: Primary backup to Database Manager, assists with all aspects of data entry, administration and reporting. Conducts audits of parishioner records including, contact information, contributions and sacraments. Work with bookkeeping as needed.
Principal Accountabilities
- Process unregistered parishioners in Parish Soft.
- Run financial reports from Database to Business Manager and Bookkeeping.
- Run Stewardship Newcomer Report.
- Run Quarterly Contribution Statements.
- Update parishioner information in Database.
- Process Loose checks and envelopes.
- Register new parishioners and send Welcome Letters
- Work with bookkeeping to balance accounts monthly.
- Prepare yearly contribution statements.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.

Education And Experience Preferred
- Associates or vocational/technical school degree.
Knowledge And Skills Preferred
- Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of common cash receipts, processes, procedures and safeguards.
- Skill in writing and editing various documents.
- Ability to follow instructions furnished in verbal or written format.
- Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently.
