Catholic Charities Women’s Recovery Program provides a voluntary, 3-6 month women’s residential program for the treatment of a substance use disorder and co-occurring enhanced disorder(s). Referrals are provided through various treatment facilities and hospital units throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The women will have access to registered nurses and on-site psychiatric assistance with the ultimate goal of achieving sobriety and stability.
We are currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs in the all adult female residential treatment program for substance use and co-occurring disorders, and assist the Program Director on the development and implementation of program standards while providing both direct and group supervision to program counselors/case workers. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible in the implementation of all clinical services and educational groups within the Women’s Recovery home model of care. Generous sign-on bonus with this position!

Requirements:
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a related field, Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor (LADC-1) preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience dealing with substance use/dependency and knowledge of co-occurring disorders with various clients, basic courses in skills and techniques of counseling and use of the 12-Core Functions and 46-global criterial of the Substance Abuse Counselor, and prior supervisory experience preferred. Also required is the ability to write legible reports, strong computer/software knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office, the ability to communicate well with people and be able to relate to persons of varied backgrounds and cultures, and the demonstrated ability to deal professionally with clients, coworkers, and the community.
