DescriptionThis professional oversees and manages the creation of appropriate academic structure including, but not limited to, the matrix of students, teachers, courses and classrooms.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate the master academic schedule and schedule of all students, teachers and classroomsCreate and update student report cardsUpdate and maintain the integrity of academic records in the student information systemProduce reports of information including, but not limited to: schedules, grades, classroom enrollment balance, etc.Issue transcripts for current and former studentsCreate and maintain the academic course catalogServe as the primary contact for students, parents and alumni who have questions regarding academic recordsOrganize Honors Convocation in collaboration with the counselorsCommunicate with our Shared Services providers regarding student data and teacher course assignmentsData collection/managementAssist Guidance Department by answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, greeting students and general support for counseling teamOther duties as assigned
