About St. Joseph Center of Arkansas (SJCA):
St. Joseph Center of Arkansas (SJCA) is dedicated to promoting urban agriculture and sustainability. We have received a grant from the USDA NRCS (Natural Resource Conservation Service) to launch the "SJ Growing Urban Farmers" program. This initiative targets small urban agricultural producers and aims to develop relationships with historically underserved communities, breaking down participation barriers.
Job Title: Guest/Hospitality Coordinator
Reports to: Revenue Programs Manager

Job Summary:
The Guest/Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for greeting visitors and welcoming them to St. Joseph Center of Arkansas (SJCA). This position reflects the first impression of all those who visit St. Joseph Center which should be one of welcoming and acceptance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests including visitors during business hours, volunteers, overnight guests, Workaway, WWOOFer, and RV/Camping guests (which may require some after-hours engagement).
Manage farm membership program and membership events.
Manage volunteers and volunteer events.
Ensure that rooms are prepared for overnight guests.
Guide (and act as cashier) of building tours, farm field trips, and birthday parties using provided scripts.
Work with Programs Manager to create social marketing posts to increase visitors.
Report and track visitor engagement weekly.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Days off are Monday and Tuesday. Expected to work Wednesday through Sunday total 40hrs per week.

Pre- employment Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age to apply
