Monte Cassino School seeks an Admissions Assistant to begin work in June 2024.
Monte Cassino School is a Catholic Benedictine, independent, co-ed school, Grades PK3-8, with an Early Childhood Learning Center (PK3-K), Elementary School (grades 1-4), and Middle School (grades 5-8) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Admissions Assistant works closely with the Director of Admissions on all aspects of the admissions cycle for new families and students at Monte Cassino.
The Admissions Assistant:
- Supports the admission office.
- Assists the Director of Admissions with processing and maintaining accurate and complete admissions records- from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Responds to inquiries and assists the Director of Admissions in conducting tours for prospective families and follows through with those families- from point of inquiry through matriculation.
- Processes surveys and invitations.
- Maintains a database of inquiries, tours, shadows, screenings, applications and enrollments.
- Schedules and coordinates parent tours, student shadow days, student screening times.
- Assists with planning and organizing events such as New Family events and screening days.
- Organizes and manages Monte Welcome Team.
- Works with Director of Marketing to develop ads and marketing pieces.
- Completes other projects or assignments as may be necessary from time to time or as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Physical requirements:
- Works at desk and on a computer for periods of time; must be able to operate office equipment
- Works in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a wide variety of challenges and deadlines
- Must have the physical energy and stamina to move about campus throughout the day, including climbing stairs
- Be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Works intermittently in a variety of weather conditions, including the possibility of heat and cold
