Our Lady of Hope is a nonprofit, nondenominational senior care community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, located in Richmond's' upper West End. It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for each resident through personalized attention and senior services. Our Lady of Hope is currently seeking a caring and dedicated housekeeper. The Janitor/floor tech is responsible for performing the duties necessary to ensure the cleanliness of all building halls, storage areas, apartments, stairways and other public areas.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Dusts, mops, vacuums, empties trash, wipe tables and cleans glass doors daily. Cleans windows and blinds as needed. The carpet should be shampooed periodically, as needed.
2. Checks paper supplies, empties trash and cleans mirrors on a daily basis in the public restrooms. Cleaning and disinfecting should be done twice weekly along with the floors and fixtures or more frequently if needed.
3. Trash carts in all buildings are to be dumped daily. Carts are to be hosed and cleaned daily. Trash rooms are to be cleaned and disinfected twice weekly or more often if needed.
Includes Every other weekend!

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
