Description:
This individual will be responsible for administering a federally funded part-time employment and training program for adults who live in Worcester County and are at or over 55 years of age, and implementing policies and procedures set forth by Center for Workforce Inclusion, and approved by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, knowledge of area government and not-for-profit agencies best suited to participate in the program, knowledge of or experience in job placement activities, and proven administrative experience and supervisory skills.
