Part-Time Remote Marketing Coordinator
Are you a creative and organized marketing professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? Our Faith Student Tuition Organization (STO) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission and grow your marketing career.
About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Understand and promote the strengths of the schools in the Archdiocese of Dubuque, working collaboratively with the STO Director and Office of Catholic Schools
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media management, website maintenance, and promotional video production
- Generate content and visual elements for publications and social media, photograph key events, and ensure all promotional materials adhere to brand standards
- Coordinate donor development efforts, assist in the promotion of major events like Catholic Schools Week, and provide marketing activity reports to the Board three times a year
- Uphold and promote Archdiocesan and STO policies and procedures, while continuously seeking improvement through new technologies and strategies
- Craft engaging copy for our social media channels and website.
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic supporter of Catholic faith and schools
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience; experience in social media, video production, event coordination, copywriting, and graphic design is desired but not required
- Professional communication skills, especially in creating copy/content for publication
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Flexible schedule adaptability, cooperation, and ability to work non-traditional hours
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and helpful attitude, ready to contribute to our team’s success.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: 10- 25 hours per week.
- Flexible Hours: Fewer hours from January through August, increased hours from September through December to accommodate our seasonal needs.
