Our New Administrative Assistant will be joining our amazing Permanent Supportive Housing team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Basic Needs, and fill the vital role of being the face and voice of our agency, as the first person a client may see or hear when they call.
What will your day look like in this key role for our agency? You will
- Provide oversight of lease packets; lease expiration tracking, renewals and ensuring leasing documentation is maintained.
- Serve as liaison to the Finance Department in maintaining an accurate list of apartments and occupancy
- Coordinate annual HQS inspections schedules
- Respond to inquiries, phone calls, faxes and emails in a timely manner
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, reordering supplies, managing calendar and maintaining landlord files
- Submit reports to other departments as necessary
- Track all program related work orders, purchase orders, payment for client damage, occupancy and inspections and monitor progress
- Create spreadsheets and forms as needed
- Cover reception front desk as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma; Associates preferred
- Data entry or administrative experience needed
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills
