Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Principal at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School located in Mount Lebanon, PA. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining a positive learning environment, overseeing the disciplinary system, and implementing school policies and procedures. The Assistant Principal will also collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the success and well-being of students. This is an on-site role.

- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting
- Understanding of Catholic educational principles (preferred)
- Valid administrative certification or license (preferred)
