Job Details:
Responsibilities of the Transporter include:
- Transport patients and supplies as needed to and from the Radiology Department in a safe and effective manner.
- Assists the technologists with patient transfers to and from imaging tables.
- Properly handles IV pumps and poles, oxygen tanks and the patient chart during transport. Insures a safe, comfortable atmosphere for the patient during transport.
- Performs messenger service as needed.
Requirements for the Transporter role include:
- High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience is required
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
Posted Salary Range: USD $23.79 - USD $23.79 /Hr. :
