Clearwater Central Catholic has an immediate opening for an Assistant to the Deans for Learning & Achievement and Personal Growth.
The administrative assistant is directly responsible to the Deans. Primary responsibilities include management of student attendance and front-office support. Additional responsibilities include handling office task, such as filing, generating reports and presentations. Real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts as well. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.? Candidates should be able to assist and support the Administration and Faculty in their education and disciplinary efforts by communicating and acting as a liaison between the public and the school.
Administrative Assistant Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingual may be preferred or required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Working knowledge of FACTS/RenWeb SIS a plus.
