We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in the Catholic Chancery Office in Sioux Falls SD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the Diocese with grace and hospitality.
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn.
The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our doors. Your friendly demeanor and helpful nature will set the tone for each visitor's experience, making them feel valued and respected.
In addition to your receptionist duties, you will have the opportunity to support various departments within the Catholic Chancery Office, assisting with projects and providing administrative support as needed. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
