Program Statement:
The Pre-Employment Screening program is a contracted program with Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services which assess and screens all of the applicants seeking cash assistance in Cuyahoga County. This clinician will not be maintaining a caseload but will have the expectation of developing rapport with clients during a one-time interview process, as to obtain thorough and accurate information about strengths and abilities, as well as needs which prevent them from fulfilling participation requirements for Cuyahoga County, as well as securing and maintaining employment or self-sufficiency. Resources and referrals to community resources will be made as appropriate. Behavioral health assessments will be completed if appropriate as well.
