Position Summary
The Admissions Operations Specialist will ensure effective and efficient processes and procedures related to graduate and undergraduate prospective student application processing and communication flow, as well as manage the day-to-day processes related to prospective student file management and office operations as needed. They will also assist the Operations Lead with running error reports and integration management, and student stage changes within the CRM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Use the CRM software to conduct day to day activities and make all necessary updates to student information accurately and efficiently to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Manage the flow of mail and general email inbox through Admissions and file all correspondence in both a timely and appropriate manner.
- Manage and review completed application files and determine merit scholarships.
- Various additional duties such as preparing and filing folders for new applicants, supervising SWOP students who do data entry and mail out packets and letters and updating stage changes in the CRM for prospective students.

Education
- High school diploma or Associates degree, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills
- Computer skills related to the use of software in managing day-to-day activities and inputting data as well as fixing data when it has been identified as incorrect.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Workplace Factors
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend-reach to put away marketing collateral and files, as necessary.
