The Diocese of Belleville is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to Bishop Edward K. Braxton. Duties include, but are not limited to, calendar management and scheduling appointments, organizing electronic and paper files, proofreading documents including manuscripts, and greeting guests.
Essential qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma, associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience; and 3+ years’ experience in a related role providing administrative/clerical support. Candidate must be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
