Corbella Clinic seeks a pro-life Nurse Manager to provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the medical services and nurse staff at the clinic, perform medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STI testing and provide patient follow-up care. Corbella currently has an experienced team of 3 nurses who will be very supportive of the new Nurse Manager.
The Nurse Manager monitors patient care to ensure that patients receive quality and consistent care according to the clinic's policies. She maintains frequent communication with the Medical Director, Executive Director and Director of Patient Resources. She implements and updates the clinic's medical policies and procedures, conducts medical staff meetings and training, and more. This position is full-time negotiable, M-F (9:30AM-5PM or 6PM).

Essential Qualifications:

2. Professional:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current IL licensure.
• Open to Limited OB Ultrasound training. Corbella Clinic can facilitate ultrasound training.
• Basic computer skills, organizational aptitude, high attention to procedure and detail.
3. Educational:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related knowledge and experience.
• Experience in a non-profit or community-based organization, such as a pregnancy resource center or counseling, social service, or family service provider is desirable.
4. Personal:
• Able to empathize with those in distress and give practical assistance.
• Client focused and ability to engage confidently in a non-directive, non-judgmental manner with all client demographics and situations.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
5. Relational:
• Ability to work as a team member, seek consultation when needed, work independently and accept responsibility.
