Facilitate small group sessions during lunch and recess, creating a safe space for students to express their feelings and build healthy peer relationships. These encouraging conversations help children navigate the social and emotional dynamics within the school environment.
Develop personalized books for individual students, with each page thoughtfully designed to address their specific mental health needs and promote coping strategies.
Maintain flexibility in coordinating with teachers, recognizing the importance of minimizing classroom disruptions while ensuring students receive necessary support.
When time permits, engage with students throughout the school by walking the hallways and offering friendly greetings to help foster a sense of connection and belonging.
