Legatus, an international organization of Catholic business executives and their spouses who are committed to studying, living, and spreading the Catholic faith, is currently conducting a search for a HubSpot Administrator. This is a remote, part-time position. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
• Maintain HubSpot, the organization-wide CRM
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve upon the integration between HubSpot and other software systems
• Build forms (surveys, applications, etc.) and integrate data points into HubSpot
• Evaluate process improvements as they relate to HubSpot
• Tailor HubSpot and internal reporting based on needs and requests
• Audit data / Duplicate data management
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and technology vendors
• Drag and drop coding for workflows in HubSpot
Experience Requirements:
• Experience with user experience and operating the back end of HubSpot
• Critical thinking skills
• Form building experience: surveys, applications, etc.
• College degree required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency; strong organizational skills
• Experience integrating multiple software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook & Excel
• Maintain professional demeanor and ability to interface with high-level professionals.
