St. Benedict at Auburndale High School (SBA), a dynamic Catholic college-preparatory school located in Cordova, Tennessee, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our vibrant faculty. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and rigorous instruction in math at the high school level (specific courses to be determined based on experience and departmental needs).
- Develop lesson plans that align with diocesan standards and promote deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment rooted in Catholic values.
- Participate in school life through extracurricular activities, mentoring, or campus ministry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (required)
- Teaching certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred)
- Previous teaching experience at the high school level (preferred)
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
