About The Opportunity
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our FASHIONPHILE
team as a Personal Shopping Assistant. In this role, you will assist clients via call, chat, email,
and text, addressing inquiries about our curated collection of luxury accessories and handbags.
Additionally, you will provide direct support to our internal partners, ensuring seamless
assistance with their client requests.
Personal Shoppers provide exceptional service by offering tailored recommendations that align
with each customer's desires and budget. They expertly assess hardware and textile conditions,
compare options to ensure the best choice, and verify crucial details such as an item's
production date, ensuring a seamless and informed shopping experience. Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries about FASHIONPHILE’s inventory with expert advice, offering prompt and thorough follow-up to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Provide exceptional support to our Partner Program members, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.
- Use proper etiquette and reflect the FASHIONPHILE brand voice in all verbal and written communication.
- Work expediently and efficiently to ensure all Department KPIs are met.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all FASHIONPHILE back-end systems while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all processes.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure the proper handling and care of our luxury inventory.
- Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve client issues
- Attend FASHONPHILE Brand trainings
What We’re Looking For
- The ability to engage with high-end clients via phone, email, chat, and text during an 8- hour shift, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- A solid understanding of Customer Service principles with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, reflecting professionalism and clarity.
- Proven experience in sales and clienteling, with a focus on building and nurturing long- term client relationships.
- History of consistently achieving and exceeding set volume targets.
- Knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories is highly preferred.
- Previous experience using tools such as RingCentral and Salesforce is a plus.
- Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
- Due to the small size of the department, reliability and consistency is essential

This is a Full-Time, on-site, 40 hours a week opportunity. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Pay Rate: This position begins at $23.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location.
