Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IV Nutrition Nurse - to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications during infusion therapy.
- Educate patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and aftercare.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment administered.
- Perform assessments of patients’ physical and emotional health related to infusion therapy.
- Assist patients with check-in, consent completion and health history forms
- Assist patients as needed with utilizing cryotherapy, ammortal chamber, massage chairs and other.
- Become proficient in skincare products and be able to complete a skin analysis and creating skincare plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Provide support in various nursing areas as needed, including aesthetics, longevity and body contouring devices.
- Check-out patients including invoice transactions and schedule follow-up appointments
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
- 2+ Years in IV Infusions
- Experience in aesthetic medicine a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
