Property Coordinator
Maintenance responsibilities
- Assess cleaning and repair needs of buildings and property
- Develop, implement, and review routine preventative maintenance for systems
- Contact service company for any necessary repairs on heat/ac.
- Maintain supplies for ordinary plumbing repairs and make repairs. Contact service company for major plumbing repairs.
- Repair and repaint walls and woodwork to assure proper appearance.
- Order/purchase cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Serve as on site contact for all projects involving outside contractors.
Daily responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as outlined.
- Implement room arrangements as scheduled.
- Implement set-ups for sanctuary and chapel services as scheduled.
Supervisory responsibilities
- Supervise building staff and contractors.
- Develop and implement routine cleaning schedules for staff and contractors.
Desired qualities.
The ideal candidate will have experience with building cleaning and maintenance. They will be able to work a flexible schedule, including times for weddings, funerals or special services as needed. They will be friendly, dependable and trustworthy, and have the willingness to work with staff and parishioners as needed in the best interest of the church. Must be able to carry 50 lbs. or more when needed, as well as perform physical tasks necessary for the position.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Nashville, TN 37203 (Preferred)
