Abbott P-3 Head Teacher- Full-time New Brunswick, NJ
Salary: $60,626 Pay based on district scale
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of Center Director, the Abbott P-3 certified Teacher will manage and direct an Abbott preschool classroom
- Expected to follow the daily schedule, supervise and work in conjunction with the Teacher Assistant and follow the mandated curriculum
- The job requires good judgement, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, following licensing standards, and maintaining required documentation/paperwork as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with P-3 Standard certification preferred or CE, CEAS.
- Bilingual preferred. Minimum two years of experience working with preschool children in an Abbott district at minimum.
- Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold and Tools of the Mind curriculum.
