Brief Job Description: To maintain the campus grounds and equipment as well as supervise the maintenance staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure grounds and equipment are safe and secure.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner through completion.
• Prepare quotes for Business Manager and Diocese as needed.
• Assist in keeping the school and parish center clean throughout the day.
• Ensure all heating, cooling, lighting and emergency equipment are working properly at all times.
• Maintenance of all tools and equipment.
• Set up inspections as required by governing bodies.
• Repair all building and equipment in consultation with the Business Manager and Pastor .
• Oversee any outside facilities vendors.
• Attend required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Manager or Past or.
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within the Catholic Church or school environment preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
Desired Skills:
• Electrical, plumbing, drywall experience needed.
• Janitorial, floor cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and Sunday’s required as needed.
Salary: $45,000 to $50,000
