This role supports parish operations, including communications, Religious Education, and visitor services. Duties include assisting the Administrative Assistant, handling inquiries, managing Mass cards, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and inspections.
Qualifications/Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet tools (training provided).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience with email management and digital communication.
Flexibility and problem-solving are essential. Additional tasks as assigned.
Ability to use tools like Google Translate for bilingual communication; Spanish proficiency is helpful but not absolutely required.
