Christ the King Parish in South Kingstown, RI, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our pastoral team as the Parish Office Manager. This pivotal role involves management of the day-to-day operation of parish business, while providing a welcoming and supportive presence to parishioners and visitors. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining sacramental and census records, and coordinating the parish calendar and the weekly bulletin. The Office Manager also oversees supply orders, schedules, and provides vital administrative support to the pastor.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and proficiency with office software and record-keeping systems. Prior experience in administrative roles or familiarity with parish operations is a plus.
