In this role, you'll help new clients by providing training and ongoing support, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our company.
Responsibilities
-Conduct onboarding sessions to train new and existing parish staff on our products and services, ensuring they feel confident and prepared.
-Provide exceptional customer support by addressing support inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and accurately.
-Build strong, lasting relationships with parish staff through personalized and exceptional service.
Requirements
-Bilingual (Spanish)
-An outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Prior experience with Microsoft Publisher, Word or similar publishing software.
-Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred.
-An eye for good design and layout.
-Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems or software.
-Experience in customer service, client training, or related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
