Case Manger (057)- Full-time Edison, NJ
Description
- Temporary position - Interview and determine eligibility for rental/housing assistance
- Provide case management services to at-risk or homeless households in Middlesex County, includes service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers/landlords, housing retention, completing housing inspections throughout NJ, and utilization of HMIS case management software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work or a similar Human Service field is preferred.
- Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
- Two (2) years relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to provide effective services to clients required.
- Needs to be culturally competent across all populations.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
