Part-Time Remote Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative and organized marketing professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? Our Faith Student Tuition Organization (STO) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission and grow your marketing career.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Understand and promote the strengths of the schools in the Archdiocese of Dubuque, working collaboratively with the STO Director and Office of Catholic Schools
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media management, website maintenance, and promotional video production
Generate content and visual elements for publications and social media, photograph key events, and ensure all promotional materials adhere to brand standards
Coordinate donor development efforts, assist in the promotion of major events like Catholic Schools Week, and provide marketing activity reports to the Board three times a year
Uphold and promote Archdiocesan and STO policies and procedures, while continuously seeking improvement through new technologies and strategies
Craft engaging copy for our social media channels and website.

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic supporter of Catholic faith and schools
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience; experience in social media, video production, event coordination, copywriting, and graphic design is desired but not required
Professional communication skills, especially in creating copy/content for publication
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Flexible schedule adaptability, cooperation, and ability to work non-traditional hours
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive and helpful attitude, ready to contribute to our team’s success.

Position Details:

Part-Time: 10- 25 hours per week.
Flexible Hours: Fewer hours from January through August, increased hours from September through December to accommodate our seasonal needs.
