Professional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress

`Requirements`
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred

-Qualified candidates will be asked to send resume, cover letter, three letters of recommendation, and updated clearances (PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint, Criminal Background Check, Completion of Safe Environment Training, All required Archdiocese of Philadelphia documents) along with three references
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged, Elementary, & Middle school children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
