Overview
The Maintenance Person plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Duties

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects, including supervising subcontractors when necessary.
Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the visual appeal of properties.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting various systems.
