Nativity Academy at St Boniface seeks a principal embodying Catholic ideals, strategic vision, and transformative leadership beginning July 1, 2025, or before depending on availability as the position is currently available. Nativity Academy is an independent Catholic middle school that provides a
foundation for a life without limits. The principal will be expected to run the day-to-day academic experiences for students and staff. The
principal is the goal-setter, the collaborator, and the advocate for students and their families. The
principal should be engaging, culturally grounded and knowledgeable about best practices in education
and should inspire excellence in all aspects of the school’s programs. Specific attributes and
characteristics also include:

• Talented in recruiting and retaining quality faculty, staff, and students
• Feels a true calling to leading a Catholic school that serves families from marginalized
backgrounds and communities
• Embraces Catholicism and can communicate the value of a Catholic education to families from
different backgrounds
We are looking for candidates who are eligible for Kentucky principal certification, with a minimum of
five years of teaching experience, preferably in the middle school environment.
A competitive salary and benefits package is offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Starting salary $90,000 for fully qualified candidates.
