Job Title: Part-Time Project Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, with the option to support sales and marketing efforts for those with relevant experience.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Client Communications (40%):
• Send welcome packets and video process documents to clients.
• Send and manage contracts with new clients
• Schedule and send invoices to clients
• Organize and coordinate client meetings and kickoff meetings
Project Management: (25%)
• Track project status and ensure timely updates.
• Use Asana to build project and coordinate with team members for project-related tasks.
• Manage invoices and receipts from contractors
Meeting Coordination:(25%)
• Organize and build internal weekly meetings.
• Prepare agendas and ensure relevant team members are informed
Travel and Event Logistics: (10%)
• Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for team members.
• Manage travel-related expenses and ensure proper documentation.

Schedule:
• Part-time position with flexible hours, working 12-20 hours per week
• A minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week, at a rate of $27 per hour.
• Core working hours are flexible to fit your schedule, with some availability during business hours.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in using email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools for sales outreach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Optional Additional Hours:
For candidates experienced in either sales or marketing, there is an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and increase weekly hours.

Sales Tasks:
• Send out warm and cold emails to potential clients.
• Follow up on initial contacts to generate leads and set up meetings.
• Assist in creating and sending out marketing materials to prospective clients.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule posts to ensure consistent online presence.
• Monitor and respond to engagement on social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation of marketing content and promotional materials.
