POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Regional Leader, the Director of Regional Administration is responsible for the oversight of all administrative operations, human resources, facilities, and financial functions of the Region, including personnel in these areas. This executive role collaborates regularly with members of the Executive Team including Communications, Living Communion, and Mission Effectiveness. The Director of Regional Administration applies leadership, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to carry out duties and foster teamwork among the regional administrative staff. This leader's values and actions must align with the spirit of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, who endeavor to bring about a universal culture of justice. The Director meets regularly with the Regional Leadership Team.

DIRECTOR OF REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervisory oversight of Administrative Staff and the functioning of their offices, including: Finance, Facilities, IT, Human Resources, Risk and Property Management, Sister Health and Wellness, and exercise responsibility for regional administrative functioning
• Ensure a system of internal controls to safeguard the assets of the Region
• Provide direction for preparation of the annual budget for approval of the Leadership Team
• Maintain close and effective communication with the Regional Treasurer regarding all important regional financial matters
• Provide the Leadership Team with financial data and fact-based interpretations to promote a balance between continuance of the mission and care for the sisters
